Happy Holidays Parents!
Here is something to think about for term two:

Extended Families Australia are inviting young people with a disability aged 8 to 17 living in the Hume Moreland area to participate in their After School Program: ExtendABLE

ExtendABLE (Actively Building Leisure Experiences) is a 5 week centre based program offering opportunities for young people to engage in a variety of activities based on 2 key areas of interest – sport and art. Focused on enabling young people to learn new skills, develop social relationships and to connect with peers in their local community, it has been designed based on family feedback and a perceived need for additional after school support in the area.

Cost: $25 for the entire 5 week program.

If the cost of these activities is a difficulty, please phone Laura on 9355 8848 to

discuss options. (Payment details will be provided on the booking form)

Notification of acceptance into the program will be made following the submission of the necessary paperwork through email and phone calls. A waiting list will be available for all unsuccessful applicants. Facility locations will be provided with booking paperwork.

For more information please contact Laura, Development Project Worker:
